Stage 1 - To apply for a position, please drop us an email with your CV and/or cover letter/email.

If you don't hear from us in 2 weeks, you have not been selected for the next stage of our interview.


Stage 2 - If you are shortlisted, complete our online Application Form by the deadline.

Attend a video interview on receipt of your Application Form.


Stage 3 - If you are shortlisted, attend a face to face meeting to meet the team and visit the club.

We will only invite you in if we are thinking about making you an offer of employment.

This visit will give you the opportunity to see how it feel to work with us.

We welcome a brief email after your visit telling us why you think, you are the best fit for the role.


Stage 4 - Receive a decision. 

If successful, complete all relevant online Starters Forms including submission of your DBS application unless registered on the Update Service and completion of our online Induction.

Then attend an in person induction. You are ready to start at the agreed start date.

We prefer that applicants have a valid First Aid Certificate or are willing to book the training prior to starting with us. Have joined the DBS Update Service and have a good knowledge of Child Protection and Safeguarding Children. Good grade in English and Maths.

We require a minimum of French Baccalaureate Certificate for French speaking staff.
