We can have up to 40 children.
We require 2 parents for every 10 children to remain on site.

We ask 2 adults to remain on side. This is not compulsory so the children can be left under our full supervision.
We will have a minimum of 2 staff to help parents who chose to supervise their party.

Yes you can.
If you do within 7 days prior to the party, you do not get a refund.

If you cancel outside of the 7 days, you will be offered a voucher to use within 3 months.

We require 5 days notice to increase your number. Any extra children added outside of the 5 days notice period will incur a charge of £35 per child.

All changes must be confirmed in writing by email.

You can book your party by completing our Booking Form.
Once we receive your form, we will give you a call for a chat. This will be followed by a confirmation email. Bookings are only guarantied one the full payment is received. We will reserve a slot for 48 days before offering it to someone else.

Parents are responsible for managing the children's behaviour with the help of our staff team.

Yes. We have coffee, tea and biscuits for our parents who remain on site.
