Our Planning & Curriculum
During the day, children will engage in several activities to extend their learning at school. Weekly planning is agreed with the children in advance and children are encourage to take part in all activities taking place in the club. Time online/gaming is limited & monitored by staff through the day.
We have a Club Council and children are assigned tasks and younger bodies. The Club Council is elected termly by the children and is responsible for representing the children, their views and opinions. The representative meet with the staff every 2 weeks. We also have a Child Tech Manager who with the help of the staff, monitor children's time and activities online.We also have a Child Administrator who is responsible for all the children admin requirement such as printing and updating the menu.
We have a strong Online Safety Policy that staff discuss with children regularly.
Cooking is a life skill you cannot go without.
It is great to develop children's creativity and communication skills.
Using easy to cook recipes, we have lots of fun exploring and learning to cook and bake.
We cook dishes from around the world as we develop our culinary skills through sensory play.

During school holidays we visit attractions associated with science such as museums, laboratories and hospitals to extend our learning. We organise outings to picturesque locations, outdoors museums and galleries, forests, parks, rivers, beaches and more...
The children develop their creative talents through different forms of Art including:
During this program, the children explore their love of colours through painting, colouring and making collages, as well as analysing famous pictures. They use dance and music to help develop their creativity skills as they enjoy exploring the world of Art.
We learn about music theory and how to play musical instruments such as the guitar and piano. When learning musical instruments, we teach children the skills they need to pass their ABRSM grade exams to help motivate them. African drumming and dance is on the schedule as we explored the Art of African Dance and Music.

Book Club - Suitable for 10 year old +
The children develop their love for books as they are assigned a book each month and discuss the content the following month. Reading to an audience and role playing is great fun for children to develop self confidence and self awareness.
WHAT'S NEW
We are pleased to announce that due to the high demand of Ad Hoc sessions during school holidays, and to help meet the childcare needs of our families in the community, we have decided to offer this option earlier than planned. As of 1st July 2022, parents can now register to attend holiday sessions as and when needed subject to availability and active membership. Places are limited. Parents can still register for our Permanent Club Membership if they wish to guarantee their place.
Home Schooled children can also be booked subject to attending no more than 18 hours per week during normal school days and times.
Parents can still book After School Club above the hours.

Our outdoor activities take place during school holidays. We organise hiking, fishing, walking, and camping trips around our local parks, forests and rivers. We visit historical monuments and enjoy learning about our past, present and plan for the future as we explore the world around us.
